What we collect on this website
When you use the contact form or sign up to product notes, we collect your name, work email, business name and what you tell us in the message. This site sets no advertising cookies and loads no third-party trackers.
What we process for customers
When a business connects its tools, Halvard processes the events those tools send — orders, payments, tickets and similar records — on that business's behalf. For that data the business is the controller and we are the processor, under the data processing agreement in our terms.
Where it is kept
Customer data is stored and processed in data centres in London and backed up in the UK. We use a small number of sub-processors for hosting and email delivery; the current list is available on request.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for two years. Customer event data is kept for the history your plan includes and deleted within 30 days of closing the account.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it, by writing to [email protected]. You can also complain to your data protection supervisory authority.
