Terms of service

The agreement

These terms are between you and Halvard Software Ltd (company 00000000). By creating an account you accept them on behalf of your business.

Plans and billing

Plans are billed monthly in advance, or yearly in advance at ten times the monthly base price. Events above your plan's allowance are billed monthly in arrears at the rate shown on the pricing page. Prices exclude VAT.

Your data

You own the data your tools send to Halvard. We use it only to provide the service to you. You can export it at any time and we delete it within 30 days of the account closing.

Acceptable use

Do not send us payment card numbers, health records or other special-category data, and do not use Halvard to process data you have no right to process.

Availability

We aim for 99.9% monthly availability. Business plans carry a service credit if we miss it; the details are in your order form.

Cancelling

You can cancel from settings at any time. Monthly plans end at the close of the current month. Yearly plans are refunded for whole unused months.
